[ncc-announce] [GM] Draft Agenda and Supporting Documents for General Meeting October 2020

Dear RIPE NCC Members,

The supporting documents for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) October 
2020 are now finalised and published at:

The documents include:
- The Draft RIPE NCC Activity Plan and Budget 2021
- RIPE NCC Executive Board Election Task Force Report
- Proposed Amendments to the RIPE NCC Articles of Association

The draft agenda containing all the resolutions to be voted on is also

The GM will take place from 28-30 October adjacent to RIPE 81. Full 
remote participation will be available to all members, including 
livestream, live chat and electronic voting.

Registration for electronic voting will remain open until 16:00 local 
time (UTC+1) on the day of the GM, 28 October 2020. The deadline for 
submitting proxy voting forms is 14 October.
