Dear colleagues, The RIPE NCC General Meeting October 2020 took place over 28-30 October. A total of 1,401 members cast their votes on 4 resolutions. The following resolutions were passed by the General Meeting: Resolution 1: "The General Meeting approves that the RIPE NCC 2020 financial surplus will be redistributed to the membership in 2021." Resolution 2: "The General Meeting, in accordance with Article 21 of the Articles of Association, adopts the amendments to Article 1 of the Articles of Association as proposed and announced by the Executive Board on 28 October 2020. Furthermore, the General Meeting instructs and authorises the Executive Board to perform or to have performed all that is required to have the amendments executed before a Dutch civil law notary." Resolution 3: "The General Meeting, in accordance with Article 21 of the Articles of Association, adopts the amendments to Article 9.1 and Article 18 of the Articles of Association as proposed and announced by the Executive Board on 28 October 2020. Furthermore, the General Meeting instructs and authorises the Executive Board to perform or to have performed all that is required to have the amendments executed before a Dutch civil law notary." Resolution 4: "The General Meeting, in accordance with Article 21 of the Articles of Association, adopts the amendments to Article 10.4 of the Articles of Association as proposed and announced by the Executive Board on 28 October 2020. Furthermore, the General Meeting instructs and authorises the Executive Board to perform or to have performed all that is required to have the amendments executed before a Dutch civil law notary."
