[ncc-announce] [news] RIPE NCC Survey 2019 - Key Findings and Actions

Dear colleagues,

Early this year, we published the key findings from the RIPE NCC Survey
2019. Now, we've published actions that the RIPE NCC has taken to
address those findings. The list of findings and actions is available at:

All work is marked as "ongoing" until the next survey process starts, as
we continue to look at ways to improve in line with the feedback we
receive from our members.

I also note that the RIPE 81 Meeting and RIPE NCC General Meeting will
take place shortly. Staff from across the RIPE NCC who worked to address
the findings of the survey will be available if you want to discuss
