[ncc-announce] [GM] RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2018

Dear colleagues,

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) was held from 16-23 May 2018.

An election took place to fill two seats on the RIPE NCC Executive
Board. There were six candidates and the seats were filled by Falk von
Bornstaedt and Piotr Strzyżewski.

There were nine resolutions to be voted on at the General Meeting. The
results of the voting on the resolutions are as follows:

Resolution 1 - The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Financial Report
2017.

The resolution was approved.

Resolution 2 - The General Meeting discharges the Executive Board with
regard to its actions as they appear from the Annual Report 2017.

The resolution was approved.

Resolution 3 - The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2019.

The resolution was approved.

Resolution 4 - The General Meeting approves the addition of Timothy
Mahoney to the RIPE NCC Arbiters Panel.

The resolution was approved.

Resolution 5 - The General Meeting approves the addition of Thomas
Okalla to the RIPE NCC Arbiters Panel.

The resolution was approved.

Resolution 6 - The General Meeting approves the addition of Miquel Illa
Oliveras to the RIPE NCC Arbiters Panel.

The resolution was approved.

Resolution 7 - The General Meeting approves the addition of Payam
Poursaied to the RIPE NCC Arbiters Panel.

The resolution was approved.

Resolution 8 - The General Meeting approves the addition of Sander
Steffann to the RIPE NCC Arbiters Panel.

The resolution was approved.

Resolution 9 - The General Meeting approves the dismissal of Nick
Williams from the RIPE NCC Arbiters Panel.

The resolution was approved.

I would like to welcome Falk and Piotr to the Executive Board. I would
also like to thank Dmitry Burkov and János Zsakó for their dedicated
service to the RIPE NCC during their time on the Executive Board.
