Dear colleagues, The RIPE NCC Executive Board held its 116th meeting on 23 March 2018. The draft minutes of this meeting are now available: https://www.ripe.net/about-us/executive-board/minutes/2018/minutes-116th-executive-board-meeting The Executive Board publishes the minutes of its meetings so that the working of the Board and the decisions it makes are transparent for the membership that it represents. The following is a summary of the main items from the meeting. Further details are available in the minutes: - The Board approved the publication of the Draft RIPE NCC Annual Report. - The Board approved the publication of the Draft RIPE NCC Financial Report 2017. - The Board approved the Terms and Conditions for RIPE Meeting Registrations. - The Board approved amendments to the RIPE NCC procedural document "Due Diligence for the Quality of the RIPE NCC Registration Data". - The Board approved amendments to the RIPE NCC procedural document "Independent Internet Number Resources - Contractual Relationship Changes Between Sponsoring LIR and End User". - The Board approved amendments to the Meeting Networking Tool Application Terms and Conditions. - The Board approved amendments to the IPv4 Transfer Listing Service Terms and Conditions. - The Board approved the agenda for the RIPE NCC General Meeting in May 2018. - The Board approved the Draft RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2019 with identical fees to 2018 and asked RIPE NCC Management to prepare the document for the RIPE NCC General Meeting in May 2018. - The Board approved an additional allocation of a maximum of 250k EUR for the addition of a single high capacity K-root instance.
