[ncc-announce] [GM] RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2017

Dear colleagues,

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) was held from 10-12 May 2017 adjacent 
to the RIPE 74 Meeting in Budapest. There were 180 attendees, including 
RIPE NCC staff and observers from the other Regional Internet Registries 
(RIRs).

An election took place to fill three seats on the RIPE NCC Executive 
Board. There were five candidates and the seats were filled by Maria 
Häll, Christian Kaufmann and Salam Yamout.

There were three resolutions to be voted on at the General Meeting. The 
results of the voting on the resolutions are as follows:

Resolution 1 - The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Financial Report 
2016.

The resolution was approved.

Resolution 2 - The General Meeting discharges the Executive Board with 
regard to its actions as they appear from the Annual Report 2016.

The resolution was approved.

Resolution 3 - The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2018.

The resolution was approved.

1,080 RIPE NCC members cast their votes at the GM. The RIPE NCC thanks 
its members for their feedback and participation.
