[ncc-announce] [GM] RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2017: Registration Open

Dear colleagues,

On behalf of our Executive Board, I invite you to register for the RIPE 
NCC General Meeting (GM) May 2017.

The GM will take place from 10-12 May 2017 in the InterContinental 
Budapest hotel in Hungary, adjacent to the RIPE 74 Meeting.

The GM is where RIPE NCC members can discuss the operations and 
activities of the RIPE NCC. At the upcoming GM, RIPE NCC members will 
discuss:

- The RIPE NCC Financial Report 2016 (to be voted on)
- The RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2018 (to be voted on)
- Reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and RIPE NCC Management
- Discharge of the RIPE NCC Executive Board with regard to its actions 
as they appear from the Annual Report 2016 (to be voted on)
- Election to fill three seats on the RIPE NCC Executive Board

All relevant documents will be posted and announced to the membership by 
29 March 2017.

All organisations that will have been members of the RIPE NCC for six 
months at the time of the GM will receive an invitation to vote 
electronically. Registration for electronic voting will remain open 
until 16:00 UTC+2 on the day of the GM, 10 May 2017.

10 May - Close registration for electronic voting (16:00 UTC+2)
10 May - GM begins with main meeting (18:00 UTC+2)
12 May - GM closes with vote results announcement (10:45 UTC+2)
