[ncc-announce] [news] 109th RIPE NCC Executive Board Meeting Summary Notes and Minutes

Dear colleagues,

The RIPE NCC Executive Board held its 109th meeting on 15 December 2016.

The Executive Board publishes the minutes of its meetings so that the
workings of the Board and the decisions it makes are transparent for the
membership that it represents.

The following is a summary of the main items from the meeting. Further
details are available in the minutes:

- The Board approved the RIPE NCC Activity Plan and Budget 2017 and
asked that it be published for the membership
- The Board declared that new membership applications from related legal
entities would be processed according to the additional LIR account
procedure whereby one application is processed at a time
- The Board approved the updated RIPE NCC Treasury Statute
- The Board reviewed the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme discussion on the
members-discuss mailing list and at the RIPE NCC General Meeting
