[ncc-announce] [GM] Reminder: RIPE NCC General Meeting October 2016 Registration Open

Dear colleagues,

This is a reminder that registration for the RIPE NCC General Meeting 
(GM) October 2016 is now open.

The GM will take place from 26-28 October 2016 in the Meliá Castilla 
hotel in Madrid, Spain, adjacent to the RIPE 73 Meeting.

You can register now via the LIR Portal:
https://www.ripe.net/s/gm-registration-oct-2016

All organisations that have been members of the RIPE NCC for longer than 
six months will receive an invitation to vote electronically.

Important Dates
Please note: some of the Important Dates listed in the previous 
announcement were incorrect. The following list contains the correct dates.
1 Sept – Open registration for General Meeting
1 Sept – Open voting registration
14 Sept – Publish all GM documents, including Draft Activity Plan and 
Budget 2017
12 Oct – Deadline for proxy vote nominations
12 Oct – Deadline to publish final GM agenda
26 Oct – Close registration for electronic voting (17:00 UTC+1)
26 Oct – GM begins with main meeting (19:00 UTC+1)
28 Oct – GM closes with vote results announcement (11:45 UTC+1)
