[ncc-announce] [GM] RIPE NCC General Meeting Today - Registration and Check-In

Dear colleagues,

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) takes place today at 19:00 UTC+2 in 
the Castilla room of the Meliá Castilla Hotel in Madrid.

If you have registered to attend in person, please come to the GM 
Registration Desk before 17:00 local time to pick up your meeting 
materials and the badge you will need to gain entry to the meeting.

Electronic voting registration will remain open until 17:00 UTC+2 if you 
wish to vote electronically. To register, you should log in to the LIR 
Portal with RIPE NCC Access and set your GM preferences for attendance 
and voting:

The GM will be webcast for remote participants at:
https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/meetings/october-2016/webstream

A chat facility will be available from the same page for those who would 
like to join the discussions. If you want to use your own client to

All those who registered for electronic voting will receive an email 
today at approximately 17:00 UTC+2 with a link to the voting software. A 
reminder will also be sent tomorrow, 27 October. Voting will become 
active at agenda point 10 and will remain open until 10:00 UTC+2 on 
Friday, 28 October.
