Dear colleagues,

Join us at the fifth South East Europe Meeting/ RIPE NCC Regional 
Meeting (SEE 5), taking place in Tirana at the Tirana International 
Hotel on 19-20 April 2016.

The meeting is open to everyone and attendance is free of charge. You

This meeting builds on the great success of past RIPE NCC Regional 
Meetings and covers a wide range of topics, including:
- IPv4 scarcity and IPv6 deployment
- Commercial transactions of IPv4 addresses
- Data centre technologies

- Internet governance and regulatory practices

Regional presentations on Internet related topics are welcome! Please 
submit your presentation proposals by 8 February here:

Academics researching Internet-related topics should apply for the RIPE 
Academic Cooperation Initiative. Successful applicants are provided 
travel to the meeting and accommodation, as well as the chance to
