[ncc-announce] [GM] RIPE NCC General Meeting November 2015: Registration Open

Dear colleagues,

On behalf of our Executive Board, I would like to invite you to register
for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) November 2015.

The GM will take place from 18-20 November 2015 in the JW Marriott Hotel
in Bucharest, Romania, adjacent to the RIPE 71 Meeting.

The GM is where RIPE NCC members can discuss the operations and
activities of the RIPE NCC. At the upcoming GM, RIPE NCC members will
discuss:

- The Draft RIPE NCC Activity Plan and Budget 2016
- Redistribution of the RIPE NCC surplus/deficit to the membership (to
be voted on)
- Amendments to the RIPE NCC Conflict Arbitration Procedure (to be voted on)
- Reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and RIPE NCC Management

All relevant documents will be posted and announced to the membership by
21 October 2015.

All organisations that have been members of the RIPE NCC for longer than
six months will receive an invitation to vote electronically.
Registration for electronic voting will remain open until 16:00 UTC+2 on
the day of the GM, 18 November 2015.
