[ncc-announce] [GM] RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2015

Dear members,

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) took place in Amsterdam from 13-15 May
2015. There were 144 attendees at the GM.

An election took place to fill two seats on the RIPE NCC Executive
Board. There were four candidates and the seats were taken by Dmitry
Burkov and János Zsakó. This means the board now has seven members.

We would like to congratulate Dmitry on his re-election and welcome
János to the board.

The membership also voted on four resolutions:

1. The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2014

This resolution was approved.

2. The General Meeting discharges the Executive Board with regard to its
actions as they appear from the Annual Report 2014.

This resolution was approved.

3. The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2016.

This resolution was approved.

4. In addition to the Charging Scheme, the General Meeting approves a
separate charge of EUR 50 per ASN.

This resolution was rejected.

433 RIPE NCC members cast their votes on the resolutions and in the
elections. The RIPE NCC Executive Board would like to thank the members
for their feedback and participation at the GM.
