[ncc-announce] [GM] Final Reminder: RIPE NCC General Meeting May 13 2015

Dear colleagues,

This is a final reminder that the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) takes
place in Amsterdam tomorrow at 18:00 UTC+2.

You can register to attend in person or remotely via the LIR Portal. You
can register to vote electronically until 16:00 UTC+2 tomorrow.

Attending the GM
---------------
If you are attending the GM in person, you need to follow the
registration instructions above. You also need to check in at the GM
Registration Desk, which is beside the main RIPE Meeting Registration
Desk, between 10:00 and 16:00 UTC+2 tomorrow.

Please check in as early as possible tomorrow to avoid the rush before
the GM starts.

Remote Participation
------------------
The GM will be webcast for remote participants from 18:00 UTC+2 on 13
May at:
https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/meetings/may-2015/webstream

Members will also be emailed with instructions on how to join the
discussions via the chat facility.

Voting at the GM
---------------
There are four resolutions to be voted on at the GM. These are all
listed in the GM Agenda:

There will also be an election to fill two seats on the RIPE NCC
Executive Board. There are four candidates and their biographies are
