[ncc-announce] [GM] Finalised Agenda for RIPE NCC General Meeting November 2014

The agenda has been finalised for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM),
which takes place four weeks from today on 5 November 2014:

Plan and Budget 2015. We ask that you read the document and provide
feedback on the members-discuss mailing list <members-discuss at ripe.net>.
The Executive Board will take note of all feedback and discussions
regarding the Activity Plan and Budget before publishing a final version
in December 2014.
