Registration for the RIPE 68 Meeting is now open! You can register at:

RIPE 68 will take place at the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel in Warsaw, 
Poland, from 12-16 May 2014.

Ticket Options
---------------
- Day tickets cost EUR 125.
- Week tickets for EUR 350 are also available. These tickets are valid 
for the full five days of the RIPE Meeting.
- Students are eligible for a discounted week ticket for a single 
payment of EUR 50. This ticket provides entry to all five days of the 
RIPE Meeting.
- All new RIPE NCC members are eligible for two free week tickets.

Discounted Accommodation at the Meeting Venue
------------------------------------

The Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel offers RIPE 68 attendees discounted 
rates on its hotel rooms. These exclusive rates are valid until 9 April 
2014.

Monday to Thursday: 529,20zł (EUR 127) per night
Friday to Sunday: 388,80zł (EUR 93) per night

Rates include breakfast, WiFi and VAT.

RIPE 68 Plenary Presentations Submission Deadline - 2 March
------------------------------------
The RIPE Programme Committee (PC) is seeking presentation proposals from 
the RIPE community for the plenary sessions, BoFs (Birds of a Feather 
sessions), workshops, tutorials, and lightning talks at RIPE 68.

Proposals must be submitted using the meeting submission system and no 
later than 2 March 2014. Proposals submitted after this date will be 
considered on a space-available basis.
