Dear colleagues,

We are still accepting presentation proposals for RIPE 69! The deadline 
for submitting your proposals is 31 August 2014. You can submit 
proposals for plenary sessions, Birds of a Feather sessions (BoFs), 
workshops, tutorials, and lightning talks at:

RIPE 69 will take place at the Novotel London West Hotel in London, 
United Kingdom, from 3-7 November 2014.

NEW: Training Course Before RIPE 69
———————————————————————————————————
A new RIPE NCC training course, “RIPE NCC Presents: IP Address Basics”, 
will be held in London on Sunday 2 November, just before RIPE 69. This 
course will be delivered from 10:00-16:00 and will focus on how to 
obtain, transfer, manage and protect your IP address space. The course 
is free of charge and open to all.

If you are interested in attending, please email training at ripe.net as 
soon as possible - there are only 40 seats available on a first-come, 
first-served basis!

Discounted Room Rates at the RIPE Meeting Venue

The Novotel London West Hotel is offering RIPE 69 attendees discounted 
room rates for their stay during the meeting. These exclusive rates are 
valid until 1 October 2014.

Monday-Thursday: £189 (EUR 237) per night
Friday-Sunday: £169 (EUR 212) per night
