[ncc-announce] [GM] RIPE NCC General Meeting: Final Reminder for Electronic Voting

Dear colleagues,

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) will take place one week from now on
16 October 2013.

Today, a final invitation to register for electronic voting will be sent
to members. We encourage you to register using the link in the invitation.

After you register in the BigPulse system that we use for electronic
voting, you will need to complete the process by emailing us at
<agm at ripe.net> with a copy of your identification. If you sent
identification for a previous GM, you just need to email us to let us know.

The deadline to register is 14:00 (UTC +3) on Tuesday, 15 October.

Attending the GM

You can register to attend the GM at:

Registration to attend will remain open until 16:00 (UTC +3) on 16
October. If you wish to attend, we ask that you register as soon as
possible.

Participating Remotely
----------------------
If you are unable to attend the GM, the meeting will be broadcast live at:
https://www.ripe.net/lir-services/ncc/gm/october-2013/webstream

A chat facility will be provided from the same location. All members
will be emailed a password that will enable them to participate via the
chat facility.

The Draft RIPE NCC Activity Plan and Budget 2014 will be discussed at
the meeting. There are also four resolutions to be voted on by the

Members are encouraged to discuss these documents on the membership
