Please note an amendment to the announcement below.

The results of the voting on the General Meeting resolutions and the 
Executive Board elections will be announced by the Executive Board 
member conducting the election process.

Dear colleagues,

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) will take place this evening, 15 May.

The meeting will begin at approximately 18:00 (UTC +1) once the RIPE NCC 
Services Working Group session has concluded.

Those who completed the registration process for electronic voting will 
receive voting invites at approximately 11:00 (UTC +1) today. If you 
registered and do not receive the invite, please email <agm at ripe.net> to 
let us know.

Those who cannot attend the GM in person can follow proceedings remotely 
from the Remote Participation page:

It is possible to join the chat by using the embedded client on the website.

A recording of the GM will be available from the Remote Participation
page shortly after the conclusion of the GM.

The Executive Board member conducting the election process will announce 
the results of the voting on GM resolutions and Executive Board 
elections on Thursday at 15:45 (UTC +1). The announcement will also be 
available to view from the Remote Participation page.

Members attending the GM should pick up their meeting packs and votes 
from 10:30 (UTC +1) this morning at the GM Registration Desk. 
Registration will remain open until 16:00 (UTC +1).
