[ncc-announce] [GM] Reminder: RIPE NCC General Meeting and Executive Board Elections

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) takes place in Dublin on 15 May 2013. 
This is a reminder that:
- Registration to attend is open
- Registration for electronic voting is open
- You can nominate a candidate for the RIPE NCC Executive Board

Electronic Voting
-----------------
Members were sent an invite to register for electronic voting on 18 
February. You can still register using this email.

In case you no longer have this email, BigPulse will resend the invite 
to all those who have yet to register at 16:00 (UTC) today. We encourage 
you to register as soon as possible.

Executive Board Elections
-------------------------
There will be an election for two seats on the RIPE NCC Executive Board 
at the GM.

A list of the current nominees and instructions on how to nominate or 
support a candidate is available at:

The closing date for nominations is 24 April.

Proxy Voting
------------
If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like someone who is 
attending to vote on your company’s behalf, you may nominate a proxy voter.
