[ncc-announce] [GM] Electronic Voting at the RIPE NCC General Meeting October 2013

Dear colleagues,

Today, 21 August at 15:00 (UTC +1), the third party BigPulse voting 
system will start sending invitations to RIPE NCC members to register 
for electronic voting at the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) October 2013.

When you receive the invitation from BigPulse, click the link in the 
email to go to the registration pages where you will select the RegIDs 
for the organisation(s) you represent. If you don't receive the 
invitation to vote by 22 August, please email <agm at ripe.net> to let us know.

After you register with BigPulse, you need to send a copy of your ID by 
email to <agm at ripe.net> or by fax to +31 20 535 4445. If you sent a copy 
of your ID to register for a previous GM, you do not need to send your 
ID again. You just need to email <agm at ripe.net> to let us know.

The GM will take place at the Athenaeum Intercontinental Hotel in Athens 
from 16-17 October 2013.

We encourage all members to exercise their right to vote.
