Dear member, The final agenda for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) April 2012 has now been posted: https://www.ripe.net/lir-services/ncc/gm/april-2012/agenda The Report of the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme Task Force has also been added to the GM Supporting Documents page: https://www.ripe.net/lir-services/ncc/gm/april-2012/supporting-documents A mailing list was set up to facilitate discussion of the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme. You can subscribe to this mailing list at: https://www.ripe.net/mailman/listinfo/cs-tf The GM will take place on Wednesday, 18 April 2012 from 16:00-20:00 (UTC +2). The GM will be held adjacent to the RIPE 64 Meeting, which takes place from 16-20 April 2012 at the Grand Union Hotel in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Registration ------------ You can register to attend the GM at: http://www.ripe.net/lir-services/ncc/gm/april-2012/registration Registration will remain open until 15:00 (UTC +2) on the day of the GM. Proxy Voting ------------ The deadline to nominate a proxy to represent you at the GM is 23:59 (UTC +2) tonight, 4 April. Any proxy sent to us after this date will not be valid. The proxy form and instructions on how to send it to the RIPE NCC are available at: https://www.ripe.net/lir-services/ncc/gm/april-2012/proxy-vote-registration-form Electronic Voting ----------------- All RIPE NCC members who are registered contacts were today sent reminders by email to register to vote electronically. If you wish to vote electronically, you must register to do so by 17 April 2012 at 17:00 (UTC +2). To register, you need follow the process outlined in the email sent today and then send a copy of your photographic ID to <agm at ripe.net>. If you sent your ID to the RIPE NCC for a previous GM, you just need to email <agm at ripe.net> to let us know. This will complete your registration for electronic voting. The RIPE NCC voting procedure is outlined at: https://www.ripe.net/lir-services/ncc/gm/april-2012/voting-procedure RIPE NCC Executive Board Election --------------------------------- An election to fill one seat on the RIPE NCC Executive Board will take place at the GM.
