[ncc-announce] RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2010 - Remote Participation

Dear members,

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) will be held on 5 May 2010 at the 
Prague Marriott Hotel in the Czech Republic. For the first time, members 
of the RIPE NCC who cannot attend the GM will be able to follow the 
meeting live via webcast and participate remotely through Jabber.

The webcast will be available at the following location:
http://www.ripe.net/membership/gm/gm-may2010/webcast/

To access the webcast, you will need the following details:
Login: gmmay
Password: W5May10GM

You will need the following details to participate through Jabber:
Room: gm
Password: W5May10GM

Details of how to access the GM Jabber room are also available on the 
webcast page.

Those members registered to vote electronically at the GM are 
particularly encouraged to follow the GM webcast. A demonstration video 
on how to cast your vote electronically is now available at:

If you plan to attend the GM but have not yet registered to do so, you 
can register on site on 5 May from 10:00 - 15:00.
