The billing scores for members are determined after the RIPE NCC General
Meeting in October, (based on data of 30 September). The billing
categories for 2009 are:

LIR Billing Category, Maximum Score
EXTRA SMALL, 27
SMALL, 150
MEDIUM, 1,233
LARGE, 8,047
EXTRA LARGE, 282,403
