[ncc-announce] RIPE NCC General Meeting: Proxy Forms and Online Registration Reminder

Dear RIPE NCC member,

The RIPE NCC Executive Board is pleased to invite you to the RIPE NCC
General Meeting (GM). The GM will be held on Wednesday, 7 May 2008 from
16:00-18:30. It will be held adjacent to the RIPE 56 Meeting, which
takes place from 5-9 May 2008 at the Hotel Palace in Berlin, Germany.

The closing date for both online registration and for submitting proxy
forms is *Wednesday, 23 April 2008*.

REGISTRATION
------------
You can register to attend the GM at:
https://lirportal.ripe.net/lirportal/meeting/registration-general/meeting.html?id=52

Please complete the online registration form by Wednesday, 23 April
2008. After this date you will not be able to register online for the GM.

In the event that your organisation is to be represented by a director
or an authorised employee, the registration form should state the
name(s) of the employee(s) or director(s). If more than one authorised
person is to attend the GM, please specify on the registration form who
is allowed to exercise the voting rights.

PROXY VOTING
------------
If your organisation is to be represented by a third party, not being an
authorised employee or director, please fill out the proxy form and send
it to us by Wednesday, 23 April 2008. Any proxy sent to us after this
date will not be valid.

EXECUTIVE BOARD ELECTIONS

Voting for the appointment of two RIPE NCC Executive Board members will
take place at the GM. The vacant seats are each for a three-year term.
