Dear RIPE NCC member,

Voting for the appointment of two RIPE NCC Executive Board members will
take place at the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) to be held on Wednesday,
7 May 2008 at the Hotel Palace, Berlin, Germany. The deadline for
nominations has now passed. The final shortlist of confirmed candidates

In accordance with the RIPE NCC Articles of Association, the RIPE NCC
2007 Annual Report (including the Financial Report) was published on 9
April 2008. It is now available at:

You can register to attend the GM at:

Please complete the online registration form by 23 April 2008.

In the event that your organisation is to be represented by a director
or an authorised employee, the registration form should state the
name(s) of the employee(s) or director(s). If more than one authorised
person is to attend the GM, please specify on the registration form who
is allowed to exercise the voting rights.

Proxy Voting
------------
If your organisation is to be represented by a third party, not being an
authorised employee or director, please fill out the proxy form and send
it to us by 23 April 2008. Any proxy sent to us after this date will not
be valid. The proxy form is available to download here:
