Matthew,
This does take care of the specific problem that I am looking at!
We filter all of our customers so we are not worried about one hijacking
anothers space. We are only concerned with random 3rd parties who will
not have us as their upstream. Therefore, both the 1st and second
AS in the path will be different which will trigger an alert.
