[myasntesting] AS378

1) is already a feature in the new GUI, while a variation of 2), i.e.
optional IRR AS-set imports, is in the pipeline. Maximo Alves, who will
be showing the new myASn GUI at our demo (see below for details), and I
are both available for questions at RIPE 46.
