It's not the emails you sent that are the real problem (at least here in NL it's legal), it's the abuse of the RIPE-db that is the real problem:

Sure this kind of behaviour is to be discouraged, but you are taking this to seriously, if you feel that strongly just report it through RIPE's standard abuse pathway and stop spamming this list with your childish complaint.</p>
