Those are *not* the only options available; for starters, I count three different decisions rather relevant to the matter that are *already* up for voting on the next GM's (draft) agenda. But yes, after it was explicitly confirmed that Netherlands' legalese *does* have provisions to remove board members before the end of their term, I *would* have expected *someone* to instantly ask for the exact source and whether there are translations available ...
