There is no way to fix the "lack of IPv4 addresses".  Not with less IPv4
addresses available (even if 100% utilized) than there are number of
people on this planet.  IPv4 blocks can be distributed around differently,
and then someone else will complain louder - and inevitably, costs will
rise, as long as the Internet is growing, and people rely on IPv4.

Nothing of this is news, and it's not like we didn't tell this to people
for more than 20 years.
