[members-discuss] New RIPE Labs Article - Building a stable future for the RIPE NCC

first of all, I am sure the NCC board do remember about the membership amount enough to get a qualified majority.
Second, what can the qualified majority do? Elect two or three (once in 3 years) board members? Put in issue two or three members' election?
