Hi Michele,

We'll publish the draft charging scheme documents by 10 April, and we'll
include supporting information that can help members understand the
impact of the proposal. And if members need more information then we can
of course work to provide that too. The final charging scheme proposal,
which may or may not change after we receive input on the draft, will be
published on 24 April.

Any materials that might be of use we'll add to this page, where we've
already collated a lot of supporting information:

And we also have the open house slides and recording. The slides in
particular can give some good background that can help the discussion on
the list.
