Hi Naira/all, I do agree with you there, but I’d like to propose maybe splitting the transfer fee in to two parts here if it were to happen. I understand that RIPE will have work in processing a transfer and checking if it is permissible to do the transfer, so I’d like to propose a “Application” fee that is less than 500EUR and charged in all cases, and then a potential “Transfer” fee that is actually charged if the transfer is done. I’d also like to propose the scaling of the transfer fee based on the type/amount of resource being transferred if one was to be implemented. I do agree that if a fee is going to be charged for transfers, then very clear documentation needs to be provided to confirm in what cases transfers will/won’t succeed.
