It's clear to me that the majority of people on the RIPE NCC Executive
Board are the large entities that this doesn't appeal to. They aren't
going to propose a scheme which isn't in their favor. We need to get a
lot more smaller entities nominated onto the board that represent the
smaller LIRs.
