Hi Jerzy, I just want to make it very clear that just because the RIPE NCC hasn't done this exact thing in the past doesn't mean that we can't do it now. The world has changed a lot since the RIPE NCC was created and even in the past decade. The RIPE NCC has to adjust to the changing realities (such as actually having run out of ipv4). That could mean that we need to think about this in different ways than before.
