Dear Alex, I've been supporting different Ukrainian LIRs for more than 20 years. I'm not remember that the National Bank of Ukraine bans EURO or any other currency. But, as far as I remember, UA LIRs had troubles with taxes inside Ukraine with payments to RIPE. They paid these taxes twice without some documents. And they just asked RIPE to do this paperwork. Is this situation similar? Realy?
