This would be a very interssting idea. I think we are not the only one, with decommissioned network hardware, which would be otherwise subject to disposal. Not cutting edge, but enough to speak BGP and route packets from A to B. Unfortunately, we do not have the knowledge or capacities to organize something like that. Would there be a need for something like that? Has anyone the possibilities to collect and distribute?
