[members-discuss] LIR invoices for Ukrainian companies

Hi All,
Here are pictures of Ukrainian telecom reality right now after Russia started bombing their country.
Take a look and decide if we should charge them. I am on the opinion that we should suspend charging.

I think this is a very good opportunity for the RIPE community to support the Ukrainian ISP an the minimum we can do to help them keeping information opportunities available.

I'd even go a step further and propose to suspend any charging for Ukrainian LIR and keep their membership free of charge until invasion is over and normality returns into their country.
