But that was sort of my point - if we have different classes of tickets

 - I want an IPv6 allocation for my pre-existing LIR
 - my atlas probe is being reported incorrectly in the LIR portal
 - I want to transfer this IPv4 /10 which has a less-than-clear history
   to a less-than-well-known LIR in a faraway region

I can easily understand that some of them might take months to solve,
but right now *all* of them take way too long to get anywhere.

Plus, stupid ticket system ("reply to an already-closed ticket because
'no that atlas thing is *not* fixed' and you get a new ticket, a new
ticket handler, and get to start from zero...").
