[members-discuss] Removal of Belastingdienst from the mailing list

Hi Elvis,

Are you sure this is the case? AFAIK only the announcements list is
mandatory.

I got word off-list that Belastingdienst unsubscribed themselves a few
minutes before my email to the list.
