Hi, I just received an email from a @gmail.com address to my LIR contact address that is not used for anything else except maybe some other related object in the RIPE DB. In the email it appears they just want to buy a /22 and a /23, and how they say what method they want to use for payment, and that they can use whatsapp. My question is, has anyone else received this same email or was it just a one-off? And also, this is not the first email of this kind that I have received but I assume there is nothing much you can do other than to just mark them as spam? I am just asking as ARIN wanted to collect the Cogent spam emails I think, but I assume RIPE NCC has nothing similar for LIR contact spam in general (such as a "whois spammer list")? -Cynthia -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
