First of all, RIPE doesn't own the IP addresses allocated to it. Why would you just assume they do? Somehow you've decided that RIPE owns the IP ranges and we (LIRs) just get to borrow them from RIPE and therefore leasing a legitimately acquired block to someone else that needs it is forbidden or something. All that is completely false. Please educate yourself by reading the relevant policies before doling out wrong advice and unnecessarily burdening RIPE with your emails (which is probably why they ignore or trash them). -- Regards, Terrence Koeman, PhD/MTh/BPsy Darkness Reigns (Holding) B.V.
