[members-discuss] Mailing List Purpose and Request for Consideration

Thank you Piotr for your short, clear and accurate email.  

I hope that we can re-confirm that this is NOT a wild *shoot from the hip* technical discussion mailing list .. but a RIPE NCC Member discussion list, regarding RIPE NCC member related topics.  

And if someone is going to propose wild ideas that that person is kindly asked to either do this on Reddit or Twitter, but refrain from doing that here.
