[members-discuss] [EXT] [ncc-announce] [service] IPv4 Transfer Listing Service

Indeed very good news!
But is it possible to send the owner of every listing an E-Mail 4-weekly 
where he need to press a link if the request is still needed?
I have the experience that many listings already outdated and some given 
email-addresses are also not existing.
