[members-discuss] Decommissioning the IPv4 Transfer Listing Service

How about rather than discontinuing it you look to improve it. Ask the membership why it's not effective and what could be improved.

Is discontinuing the only option?
Is the service consuming much resources?
I personally haven't used it yet, but I believe it is a good instrument to have.
