Hello Felipe, I think that this service is useful. I have been able to reach one of the listing LIR in the past, in order to acquire an inetnum for a customer of mine. Maybe it is not useful in term of providing specific address space available, but at least in term of seing which LIRs may have subnets available, and which LIRs are seeking for subnets. Having a list of "LIRs searching for /xx to /yy", and "LIRs offering /zz to /tt" (without having the specific block list made public, but only having it available for RIPE NCC staff), could still be valuable, IMHO.
