[members-discuss] EB Election Task Force and Moderating members-discuss

Hello,
I kindly ask to add link to unmoderated archive [1] also on all-archives
index [2] to have this really transparent.

Currently is unmoderated list hidden for unknown reason on [2] and
seeking for it's location in mailing-list archives is difficult,
specially for newcomers.
