[members-discuss] Administrative procedures within RIPE NCC: Any way to soften it ?

Hi Gert,

AGM can be initially used to implement influence, but two times a year 
with highest bureaucratic procedures is not a real influence we need now.

It can be look like AGM nominates a person from RIPE with abilities to 
look in, publish to the community and influence (on behalf on the 
community decision/concensus) on all RIPE NCC internal procedures.
