Hi, the answer is quite easy. In case of quarterly invoicing it is a clear procedure. In case of "credit arrangement" it is up to some people to decide will this company have a quarter payment this year or end up with bankruptcy and go off the market. Or they have to "solve a question" with some decision making people. If clear procedure is switched with a human decision - it is a sure way to corruption and bribery.
